Terms of Service

Lunor sells digital products (for example scripts, executors, and related software or licenses) through our storefront. Products are delivered digitally after payment, subject to the checkout and fulfillment process in place at the time of your order.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials, checkout links, and delivery details secure. You agree that information you provide at checkout is accurate.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment and commerce providers (for example SellAuth or other processors shown at checkout). Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. Prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown before you complete payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as fraud risk, pricing errors, or abuse.

Unless a product listing states otherwise, your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the digital product according to any license terms provided with the product. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or reverse engineer our products except where expressly allowed. Use must comply with applicable law and any third-party platform rules (for example game or platform terms).

Delivery is electronic (for example via key, file, or link). If you do not receive what you paid for, contact us through the channels we provide (including our Discord). Response times may vary.

You may not use the site or products to break the law, harass others, attack infrastructure, commit fraud, or circumvent technical protections. We may suspend access or revoke licenses for violations.

The site, branding, and our products are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the license granted by your purchase, no rights are transferred to you.

Digital products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party software may change; compatibility is not guaranteed forever.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunor and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a given order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge that refund exceptions are limited and handled at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
