MsPaint for Doors: $2.99 monthly access or $19.99 lifetime?

Lunor editorial2 min read

MsPaint is listed for Doors and other supported games. Its 30-day key costs $2.99; lifetime costs $19.99. The short plan is much cheaper upfront, so lifetime needs a longer usage plan to make sense on price alone.

If you are returning for a single month, the 30-day option gives you the smaller purchase. If you expect to keep buying access, work out the repeated cost before deciding.

The price crosses over on the seventh purchase

Six $2.99 purchases total $17.94, still below lifetime. Seven total $20.93, just above it. If you only buy access occasionally, it may take a while to reach that point.

These are 30-day periods, which are not always the same as calendar months. You should also check renewal instructions before assuming a new key extends an existing one. The store listing gives the durations, not the stacking rules.

Check the game you want to use

Doors is a focus of MsPaint's store description, which also mentions other supported games. That does not mean every game is included. Check the current supported-game list if your purchase depends on something beyond Doors.

A game's update can also make an old video a poor setup reference. Use the current instructions and check compatibility for your executor before ordering. Paying for lifetime does not remove those setup requirements.

Buy for your expected use

For a brief return to Doors, $2.99 is easier to justify. If you already use MsPaint regularly and want to avoid repeated purchases, compare that pattern with the $19.99 lifetime tier.

Before checkout, confirm the selected plan and read the refund policy. Ask support when a timed license begins if the instructions do not say. That detail matters when you buy now but plan to play later.
